Many of the existing all weather sports facilities were constructed in excess of ten years ago and are now coming to the end of their life. At A P Thompson, we recognise that the most environmentally friendly and cost effective solution to upgrading these facilities is in recycling as much of the existing material as possible. We have established means of recycling artificial, rubber and tarmac surfaces.

We are developing new products to utilise these materials in new markets thus helping reduce the impact of construction upon the environment.

Details of research and new products will be posted on this page after successful trials have taken place.
