Maintenance is key to obtaining maximum performance and longevity of any sporting surface. It is essential to invest in the surface as well as the sports players. We offer the option to purchase maintenance machinery for all of the facilities that we construct.

Artificial turf requires a regular but small amount of maintenance. Normally a few hours every week is sufficient. Natural turf is far more particular, requiring intensive treatment at certain times of the year with minimal treatment at other times. The amount of maintenance required will vary according to how often the surface is used. Track surfaces require virtually maintenance free with occasional maintenance being all that is required. A full maintenance document is provided for each of our surfaces.

In addition, we offer an annual maintenance contract to undertake a full facility inspection, thorough brush and clean, compilation of a report on the state of the facility and amendments to the maintenance regimes to ensure that the surface remains in top condition.
